The unique patented MidMix dispensing system or peristaltic pump achieves mixing ratios of up to 1:50 (one part concentrate to 50 parts water).

Water

Connect water to the unit from either mains or tank supply. All water must pass through a filter before it enters the machine. Any leading commercial water filter can be used so you are free to choose your own brand or model.

When you select a drink, only the amount of water to be used is cooled within a state-of-the-art dry-alloy block cooling unit.

There is no need for any refrigeration of the concentrate!

The chilled water is led through a valve into the MidMix system or peristaltic pump, where it is mixed with the juice concentrate.

Concentrates

Concentrate is stored inside the machine in 3 litre casks (Bag-in-Box or BIB): plastic bags with plastic nozzle supported inside a cardboard box.

Units can hold between two and eight BIB's and customers can mix combinations of flavours by selection (mixing of flavours available on vending models only).

Mixing

The concentrate is mixed with water in the MidMix or peristaltic pump unit using a unique whirl chamber system, which cleans the system automatically by rinsing the valve block with the water. There is no wastage.

Drink Serving

The drink can be dispensed into a glass or cup. The drink size can be regulated in the control settings.

Only our Pouchlink model will be able to dispense into re-sealable pouches using the unique Pouchlink system.

Controls

Easy to use controls allow you to retrieve statistical data on drinks served, perform maintenance, modify serving size, set drink prices and change settings for any operation.
